I receive a recipe from a chef, cook the food, style it and photographed it for the monthly article ‘Recipe of the Month’.

Gestgjafinn – Gourmet Magazine. Iceland
The only Food Magazine in Iceland. I deliver 8 articles a year to the magazine. I develop the recipes, style the food and then photograph it.

Hus & Hybili– Interior Design Magazine. Iceland
I have photographed 12 homes and written 5 articles for the magazine, which is read by approx. 70 thousand people each month.

Nytt Lif – Lifestyle Magazine. Iceland
I wrote an article on Family Life and Champagne and the relationship between the two. I threw a family dinner and photographed it.

Danish Building Fund Yearly Magazine. Denmark
My Photographs are used in the yearly report about the housing situation in Denmark.

BL – The Danish Social Housing Sector Magazine. Denmark
I photographed multiple documentary series on the housing situation in Copenhagen, i.e Somalian Women in the Projects and Cooking Course for refugees.

Beboerbladet – The Rental Market Paper. Denmark
I photographed multiple documentary series on the living situation in Copenhagen, i.e The Local Choir in Social Rental Housing.

Drawing By Drawing. Exhibition Catalog, Danish Architecture Center. Denmark
I photographed the Exhibition, all the pieces on exhibit and the opening night. My images were used in the Catalogue. I also made a collage for the cover of the book.

Netto – Danish Retail Chain
I create family friendly recipes and eye-catching images for the chains weekly recipe that is published on their website, newsletter and social media.

Gense – Scandinavian Flatware Producer
Images created for both Catalog and Social Media of the company’s silver- and kitchenware.

Era Ora – Italian Michelin Restaurant in Copenhagen
Created a whole new bank of images for the restaurant, of both food and staff, for them to use on social media and when featured in Magazines.

Merrild – Danish Coffee Producer
A Facebook Advertising campaign developed to encourage people to bake simple cakes to eat with their coffee. I developed 4 recipes with only 3 ingredients each. Then baked, styled and photographed the desserts.

Philips Kitchenware
A campaign for 3 hero products from Philips, called “The Home Restaurant”. I am one of four faces of the campaign, encouraging people to cook healthily and eat more in. The campaign  launched Fall 2014.

Modern Wifestyle
Modern Wifestyle is my blog, where I feature recipes I have developed and my portfolio of Food Styling and Food Photography. My largest group of readers comes from the US and Northern Europe. The blog started as a hobby but I now it is a big part of my work and has served a great purpose as a springboard for other projects.

Abbvie Pharmaceutical Denmark
Concept development of the company’s new image strategy, and working on building a new image bank and press material, including portraits of Abbvie’s general manager, Christina Horan.

Visual communication strategy for a small design firm. Concept development done in collaboration with the designer. Press, advertising and product images.
