Katrín Björk

Born and raised under the twinkling northern lights in Akureyri, Iceland only 60 miles from the Arctic Circle. Married to a very handsome Danish gentleman and a mother of three.
Ms. Björk has worked as a food & lifestyle photographer and recipe developer for over 10 years and she is the author of the cookbook ‘From the North’ which celebrates modern yet simple Nordic cuisine in over 85 recipes and images.
Katrín resides in the Hudson Valley, New York.
